Imperialism Destroys Space and Time's Relationship

The component parts of space and time are like two lovers intertwined in an unrelenting and capricious sea. Volatility shakes space's grasp on time. Lines of connected experiences are fragmented and remembered by the space of their interaction. A nest of memories hold together space's value. Time began when space was given names.

The intellect of our species created time when the characteristic's of space became disproportional in value. As societies formed and spread, taking on the incipient cornerstones of culture and modes of production, ideals of security and comfort became fantasies for those who had little and mechanisms of oppression for those who have a lot. Social groups and decision makers became poetic in their ability to structure resources for minority wealth. As greed became rampant, like an incurable disease, material objects found added value in space but have remained constant in time.

Emotional responses and subjectivity are direct results of the relationships formed by the disproportioned value in space. Before the impression of material value in space was realized, time did not exist. The nomenclature of terms to enumerate moments of life only became important and a necessity when the interactions of time and space had to be record and compared through quantifiable methods.

Early civilizations praised the phases of nature and recorded them giving these cycles names by their visual aspects and their life bringing abilities. Agriculture solvency declared the phases of the sun as resources in order to survive in a societal structure that replaced constant migration. these early forms of working the land, brought with them the necessity to monitor natural rotations and give value to the systems of tracking. This value became disproportional as resources became harder to find and their value outweighed their moment in time. Imperialism destroyed this harmony of space and time by widening the gap between the two through the importance of wealth and monetary gain. Both space and time are in competition with each other as well as imperialism for supreme importance. That is one three way I do not want to be a part of. Until next time.

and so it goes....
